LensTrackerTerms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms are between you and Imran Moolla, an individual in South Africa ("we", "us"), the publisher of the LensTracker app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app is, and is not
LensTracker is a record-keeping and reminder tool for contact lens wearers. It does not give medical advice and is not a medical device. Reminders and replacement dates are based on the cycle you enter and are a convenience only. Always follow the instructions of your eye care professional and the lens manufacturer, and seek professional advice if you have discomfort, redness, pain or any concern about your eyes.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Delete account), or as described on our deletion page.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to harm the service or other people.
4. Your information
You own the information you put into the app. You allow us to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: do not try to access other people's data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Advertising
The app is free and is supported by advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of those ads or the sites they link to.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; the date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
8. Our responsibility
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that results from using the app or relying on its reminders, or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
